We process your personal data in compliance with the relevant legislation and within the purposes and limits specified below, taking great care to implement the necessary administrative and technical measures accordingly.
Purpose of Collecting Your Personal Data
In accordance with Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the PDPL, your personal data will be collected by Gedikoğlu | Diri Law & Consultancy to inform you about legal agendas and share legal studies.

Termination of Collection of Your Personal Data
Gedikoğlu | Diri Law & Consultancy will erase your data in the event that the reasons for processing no longer exist or on the request of you as the data subject.
Your Rights as a Data Subject Under PDPL
In accordance with Article 13 of the PDPL, the information that must be provided to data subjects is presented in this clarification text. You can submit any complaints or requests regarding the collection of your personal data to Gedikoğlu | Diri Law & Consultancy.
Under Article 11 of the PDPL, everyone whose personal data is collected may apply to Gedikoğlu | Diri Law & Consultancy with requests regarding the following matters:
to learn whether his/her personal data are processed or not,
to learn the purpose of the processing of his/her personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,
to know the third parties to whom his personal data are transferred,
to demand for information as to if his/her personal data have been processed,
to request rectification in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing and to request the erasure of personal data if the conditions are met and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,
to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.
